Generally, we use SL Grade clarity or higher, and G grade colour or higher diamonds. However we cater to all budgets and requirements, as per our customers’ request.

Yes, we can use lab grown diamonds, Swarovski or Moissanites, if required by the customer.

All diamonds above .20ct come with certification as standard. We use GIA Certification  (Gemological Institute Of America).
Diamonds below .20ct are sorted on a large scale, which make it difficult to grade each stone. If required, we can provide certification by fully qualified gemology bodies.

Generally we use Silver, Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold, Black Gold, & Platinum.

We can source other details as per our customers request.

All custom made jewellery is not eligible for returns. This Is stated at the time of order.

All jewellery orders come with a five year warranty as standard. Terms and Conditions can be found here.

Resizing will depends on the custom jewellery order. Contact our after care team with your order details and we will contact you with your options.

If your jewellery can be resized, the return of the products is the responsibility of the customer.

All custom jewellery take on average 4-6 weeks. However, this can be shorter or longer depending on the order.

Currently we only accept bank transfers. Once an order is placed, we send you the bank payment details via email along with your Invoice.

Currently, we ship to mainland UK & Ireland. However contact us to discuss shipping orders abroad.

Yes, we only use insured & tracked shipping courier services.
