REAL TIME INVENTORY STATUS

If in case the jewellery item you have purchased from us has already been sold, we will contact you within 24-48hrs with alternative and/or refund options.

PRICING POLICY

Prices and offers are subject to change. All online sales are applicable to online products only, and will not be applicable for in-store products.

ERRORS ON OUR SITE

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without any prior notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Luxor Jewellers reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed or you have made payment. If you have already paid and your order is cancelled, LuxorJewellers.co.uk will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. 

TERMINATION OF USE

LuxorJewellers.co.uk may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of theLuxorJewellers.co.uk at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. LuxorJewellers.co.uk reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the LuxorJewellers.co.uk at any time without prior notice.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

You may pay for your orders via bank transfer. Bank Payment details will be supplied via email along with your Invoice.

VALIDATING YOUR ORDER

After you place an order  we may cross check the information you provide for validity, by verifying your  payment AND billing address. Orders placed will only be processed and verified against your billing address only. We will not accept any orders unless the billing address is provided. An alternative shipping address is prohibited. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number you have given us with the order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION

An electronic receipt or any other form of order confirmation will not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LuxorJewellers.co.uk reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

ORDER LIMITATIONS/LIMITED QUANTITIES

LuxorJewellers.co.uk reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number you gave us when you placed the order.

LuxorJewellers.co.uk may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. LuxorJewellers.co.uk also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same LuxorJewellers.co.uk account, and orders that use the same billing address. LuxorJewellers.co.uk reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Custom Jewellery orders are ineligible for return or exchanges. This is made clear to you before you place your order.  These items will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. All sales for these items are final.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Luxor Jewellers shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 5 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

BILLING ADDRESS

LuxorJewellers.co.uk will only ship to a validated billing address. Alternative shipping addresses are prohibited. If you are purchasing an item after our business hours, you can email us at LuxorJewellers.co.uk and a representative will contact you within 24-48 hours.

PRODUCT DISPLAY/COLORS

LuxorJewellers.co.uk attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using, as well as each individuals’ perception and eyesight. The majority of our items is hand-made and contains natural stones. That being the case, certain items may contain inaccuracies or imperfections. Exchanges/Returns based on product imperfections (such as stone color, symmetry, vibrancy, etc.) will NOT be honored.

LuxorJewellers.co.uk attempts to show all the details of our jewellry during which the accuracy of the size may not be visible through the picture. We attempt to put all the sizes for all products for your information. However, in which case they are not displayed on our website it is up to the customer to perform their due diligence to contact us at +447851 709388 to obtain these facts before purchase.
